Take time for yourself and decompress from the midweek stress at Yoga, every Wednesday evening at 6:30 p.m. on the QuikTrip Great Lawn. Find inner peace at the Park as you flow through various poses that will lengthen and lean your muscles.
“Power Flow Yoga” on the QuikTrip Great Lawn is provided by Press Yoga and designed for all fitness levels from beginner to advanced.
Add fresh air and fun into your fitness journey! Starting this May, check out our free fitness programs happening every Monday – Thursday. From yoga to boot camp and everything in between, we have a program for all athletic styles and abilities. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Park while learning personalized training techniques that will take you 100 acres closer to your fitness goals!
