Functional fitness is about preparing you for life, rather than something specific like a big race or a lifting competition. Think anything from squatting down to pick something up, to turning and reaching for the oatmeal on a high shelf. These types of exercises mimic your everyday actions while engaging multiple muscle groups, creating unlimited workouts you can do anytime, anywhere!
Functional Fitness, provided by Koda Crossfit, is designed for all athletics abilities and can be modified for all activity levels. This workout is a blend of boot camp, aerobics and barre movements.

From yoga to boot camp and everything in between, we have a program for all athletic styles and abilities. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Park while learning personalized training techniques that will take you 100 acres closer to your fitness goals!
