Our next Signature Event, Tulsa 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament, is September 7-8! This double-elimination tournament will crown champions with enough bragging rights to last the entire year. If you love basketball or know anyone who does, you don’t want to miss this event. Not a baller? Join as a spectator, root on your favorite team and enjoy food, drinks, a free kid's zone, activities, and entertainment! Team registration ends on September 3!

Move to the beat you create at Pound Rockout Workout, every other Tuesday at the QuikTrip Great Lawn. This funk-filled full body workout is designed for all ages and abilities, and will help you tone up and rock on!
Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out! The workout is easily modifiable and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appealing to men and women of all ages and abilities.

From yoga to boot camp and everything in between, we have a program for all athletic styles and abilities.
