Get on your feet and groove to the beat at Zumba, happening every other Tuesday at the QuikTrip Great Lawn. Dance to great music, meet new people, and burn a ton of calories without even realizing it!
Zumba is a fitness program inspired by various rhythms and dancing styles. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow dance moves that tone and sculpt the body.

From yoga to boot camp and everything in between, we have a program for all athletic styles and abilities. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Park while learning personalized training techniques that will take you 100 acres closer to your fitness goals!

Monday – Run Walk Run Training, 6 p.m.
Pound Rockout Workout, 6:30 p.m. (Every other week)
Zumba, 6:30 p.m. (Every other week)
Wednesday – Yoga, 6:30 p.m.
Thursday – Functional Fitness, 6:30 p.m.
