Explore & Imagine

Explore & Imagine guided field trips are free, one-hour learning opportunities sponsored by the American Electric Power Foundation and led by the Gathering Place Education team.  With curriculum developed in alignment with learning objectives from the Oklahoma Academic Standards, these educational experiences are unique to Gathering Place and additive to student development in the classroom. Through the Explore & Imagine field trip programming, students will have the opportunity to engage in a variety of experiences including grade-level specific curriculum, STEAM, Literacy, and Fine Arts programming, creative play, world-class performances and reading activities.

Space is limited, and classes must be booked at least two weeks in advance. Explore & Imagine guided field trips are available to a maximum of 30 students per session, on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10 a.m. To request a guided field trip for spring 2020, please complete the form below and a Gathering Place education team member will confirm and schedule based on availability.
