COVID-19 FAQs

What are the Park Hours?

Gathering Place will reduce its Park hours to 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. starting Saturday, November 21 and ending Sunday, November 29.

The wearing of face masks or face coverings is mandatory inside buildings and strongly recommended in outdoor areas throughout the Park.

We appreciate your understanding and support in working with us during this season of change.

 

What is open/closed?

The following attractions are currently open: Williams Lodge, ONEOK Boathouse, Chapman Adventure Playground, Water Mountain, Slide Vale, Swing Hill and SemGroup Sports Courts.

 

Where Do i park my car?

Our main parking lot is located along John Williams Way near Williams Lodge and ONEOK Boathouse. We have additional parking adjacent to Riverside Drive on both north and southbound lanes, and at the 33rd Place parking lot just north of 33rd street along the northbound lane of Riverside Drive.

What is Gathering Place doing to ensure the safety of staff and guests?

Gathering Place has secured the necessary PPE, sanitizing tools and stations needed for safe operation and will follow the health and safety guidelines recommended by the CDC and in alliance with Tulsa-area Attractions, as well as continue to enforce our rigorous sanitization standards across the entire Park.

 

Do I need to wear a mask when I visit?

Face coverings are required inside ONEOK Boathouse and Williams Lodge and strongly recommended for outdoor areas throughout the Park. 

The recovery of Tulsa is a continuous effort and Gathering Place encourages guests to do their part in helping to keep the Park and other guests safe and healthy. Good hygiene practices include:

  • Wearing a mask or face covering is required inside buildings and strongly recommended for outdoor areas throughout the Park.

  • Exercise social distancing and remain at least 6 feet apart from other Park guests

  • Wash your hands frequently with soap and water or with an alcohol-based hand sanitizer

  • Cover your mouth when coughing or sneezing

  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth

  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick

  • Stay home if you are feeling ill. If you are experiencing symptoms consistent with COVID-19, call Tulsa Public Health at 918-582-9355 or immediately go to your nearest urgent care. If it is a medical emergency, call 9-1-1. 

 

Will Gathering Place have any events?

As part of our continued commitment to the safety of our staff, volunteers and Park guests, all Gathering Place on-site programs will be passive experiences and activities that practice social distancing. Click HERE to view our events calendar.

Can I buy food at the Park?

Limited food and beverage options are available periodically at The Patio, Redbud Café, and on our snack carts during this phase of reopening. Vista at the Boathouse will remain temporarily closed. 

 

WILL all RESTROOMS BE OPEN?

All restrooms throughout the Park are open.
